So like a jerk I installed the 14.4.2 software update all by myself. I figure if a meathead at the dealership could do it, I probably could too. Turns out it's fantastically easy and at the very least makes Android Auto full screen and allows camera use from 'P' so that's good.

As for full Google Assistant functionality, I see no difference, and my brakes also feel exactly the same as before (from 14.4.1) but I'm not sure WHAT part of the car this upgraded. I'm guessing it's only the head unit, but 'some people' apparently said they felt different. Whatever.
